This doctor understands your training needs for rapid and early return to competition.
ACTIVE RECOVERY STRATEGY is emphasized at this office.
This practice focuses on INJURY CARE AND PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT through the use of the most up to date manual and rehabilitation methods.
Manipulation can be used to restore optimal joint function in conjunction with ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUE (ART) to restore normal soft tissue function. Low-tech equipment and therapeutic exercises are prescribed to complete the recovery process.
Dr. Svihlik strongly advocates patient involvement/compliance in their rehabilitative recovery.
Recommendation of sports-specific exercises will always serve the athlete in their longevity, success and enjoyment of their chosen sport.
